Talent Formation

Brand Identitiy | UI & UX Design

Brand exercises make big decisions easier.

The point of these exercises is to turn the abstract idea of a brand into something concrete. After doing the exercises, the team has a common language to describe what their company is all about – and any subsequent fuzzy decisions about visuals, voice, and identity become much easier.

Logo Derivation

Everything starts from Ikigai (生き甲斐) a Japanese concept that means “a reason for being.” The word “ikigai” is usually used to indicate the source of value in one’s life or the things that make one’s life worthwhile. The word translated to English roughly means “the reason for which you wake up in the morning.”

Platonic Solids

The Ikigai model was abstracted, using the platonic solids to design a modular logo grounded on the idea that the closed surface groups stand associatively for the formation of talents into an expert team.
